The
role of teachers in the process of student of learning increasingly important
for future, teacher is no longer become a source of information or the transmission of
knowledge to students but rather a facilitator who facilitate student to learn.
Conventional ways of teaching, it is proper to be renewed and developed. Hence
the importance of teachers' understanding of the various approaches to
learning.
In
a holistic or integrated approach, an object would look its meaning when
observed as a whole and not separately. This approach is the application of the
theory of Gestalt psychology. In learning approach, the application of Gestalt
theory can be seen as follows.
